Please note: we have a 3-night minimum on long-weekends

PAYMENT POLICY:

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation with the balance due 14 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A complete refund will be granted (minus a $50.00 cancellation fee) for cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations within the period of less than 30 days but more than 14 days will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled check-in date.
